The successful candidate will assist with pro shop operations, tee sheet management, retail merchandising, and event coordination while delivering individual and group golf instruction. Responsibilities also include supervising outside services staff, supporting recruitment, and ensuring club policies and service standards are maintained.
- Responsibilities
-
- Assist in daily golf operations, including tee sheet management and pro shop activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to Members and Guests.
- Organize and support member tournaments, leagues, and special events.
- Deliver individual and group golf lessons to players of all skill levels.
- Promote retail sales and assist in merchandising / inventory management within the Pro Shop.
- Supervise and mentor Pro Shop / Outside Services staff and assist in recruitment.
- Ensure adherence to club policies and maintain the high standards of the facility.
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada member in good standing
- Strong interpersonal. Organizational, and communication skills with the ability to think outside the box.
- A passion for the game of golf and fostering an inclusive environment.
- Proficient in golf management software and point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of Club Prophet, Golf Genius, and Gallus Golf considered an asset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a Professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated skill and proficiency in teaching and playing ability.
- Compensation
- Starting salary range of $800-$950 per week
