- Job Summary
- Reporting to GolfBC’s VP of Operations and collaborating with other GolfBC Team Members, they will inspire a high-functioning team in a fast-moving environment and build on the esteemed Guest experience.
- Responsibilities

- Lead, inspire, motivate, and develop the teams in Course Maintenance, Golf Operations, Food and Beverage, and Sales and Marketing
- Develop programs that excite the Membership group, and maximize daily green fee play
- Capitalize on the premier culinary experience at Table Nineteen, our bustling and award-winning restaurant brand
- Prepare and implement long-term and annual business plans and budgets
- Analyze financial statements and prepare capital and operational plans
- Continuously improve Nicklaus North’s product and service quality
- Collaborate with partners including Golf Whistler, Tourism Whistler, Whistler Chamber of Commerce, Hotel and Restaurant Association, Whistler Restaurant Association, etc.
- Connect with local businesses to create relationships that enhance the Nicklaus North operation and brand
- Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years of experience, with proven leadership and management skills, in the golf industry
- Desire and ability to build and enhance Team Member and Guest relationships
- Detail oriented business manager with industry-relevant education
- Sales and marketing, food and beverage, and human resources experience
- Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence skills with the ability to address large groups with passion and professionalism
- High degree of executive ability, especially in terms of problem solving and decision making
- Knowledge of federal and local regulations affecting golf operations management
- Compensation

- $140,000 to $160,000 annual salary
- Up to $22,000 annual performance-based bonus
- Housing: Spacious two-bedroom condo above the clubhouse available
- 15 days of paid annual vacation
