The club hosts a busy calendar of tournaments, leagues, and daily play, including over 150 group bookings annually, making it an excellent environment for up-and-coming golf professionals looking to develop their careers.
We are seeking a motivated Golf Operations Supervisor to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for a PGA of Canada apprentice professional looking to gain experience in golf operations, tournament coordination, retail, and staff leadership while having the opportunity to grow their teaching business.

The Golf Operations Supervisor supports the Golf Operations Manager in the day-to-day operation of the golf shop and guest services team. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience while assisting with tournaments, retail operations, staff supervision, and overall golf operations.
This position offers exposure to multiple areas of the golf business and is an excellent steppingstone for professionals pursuing a long-term career in the industry.
- Responsibilities

- Oversee daily golf shop and guest service operations
- Manage the tee sheet to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Supervise, train, and support golf shop and guest service staff
- Assist with staff scheduling and daily labour management
- Coordinate and execute tournaments, leagues, and group events
- Communicate event logistics with golf operations and food & beverage teams
- Assist with retail merchandising and inventory management
- Maintain a professional and welcoming golf shop environment
- Support general golf operations including power cart staging and event setup
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada Member preferred
- Previous golf course or hospitality experience considered an asset
- Creative thinker who can develop golf lessons focused around on-course lessons
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking in front of large groups at club events
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, Outlook, Excel)
- Serving It Right certification considered an asset
- Compensation

- $20 – $23 per hour, based on experience
