Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to join our team at Par2Pro. This role will be pivotal in driving our marketing strategies and enhancing our brand presence in the golf simulation market. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in connecting with clients and developing innovative marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities

All marketing and product knowledge responsibilities. Here are some of the main tasks:

Brand & Visibility

  • Own and execute content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
  • Appear in and produce high-converting video content (ads, product reviews, tutorials)
  • Develop all marketing collateral (brochures, emails, decks, trade show materials)
  • Build and maintain brand positioning across all channels
  • Write and publish blogs, articles, and ghostwritten content for the Owner

Digital & Ecommerce

  • Maintain and optimize our Shopify website
  • Lead all efforts in SEO, analytics, CRM, conversion optimization
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, & lead nurturing sequences
  • Launch and maintain an Amazon-published book (written with AI) to position brand authority
  • Build out a Sim Builder Tool working with contract developers

Sales Enablement

  • Research and know all competitor products, pricing, and positioning
  • Be our internal product expert and maintain vendor relationships
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound sales leads
  • Support and execute on trade shows and golf events (planning, logistics, booth, lead gen)

Strategic Marketing

  • Implement and optimize a Referral, Rewards, and Promotion System
  • Post the brand across every platform, directory, and channel that allows it
  • Lead market development into new verticals, regions, and user personas
  • Build a scalable AI-powered marketing engine to drive growth and reduce costs
  • Execute quarterly ROI audits across all paid and organic channels
  • Collaborate with programmers, designers, and contractors for site tools and integrations
Qualifications
  • Must be an active golfer
  • Must have a deep interest in golf simulators or golf and technology
  • Comfortable being the on-camera face of the company (YouTube, Reels, Ads)
  • Immaculate attention to detail — nothing slips past you
  • Proven video editing & content creation skills
  • Willing and able to travel for events, trade shows, and meetings (limited)
  • Comfortable handling customer interactions, cold calling, and lead follow-ups
  • Excellent project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Shopify & NetSuite is advantageous

Soft Skills & Intangibles:

  • Strategic thinker with insane execution speed
  • Must love data, testing, iteration, and closing the loop
  • Not afraid to cold call, get dirty, test gear, or talk shop with customers
  • Ready to build an empire around golf simulation
  • Must have a founder’s mindset: take ownership, solve problems, and never say “that’s not my job”
Compensation
  • $25-$40/hour + bonuses & benefits
  • Bonus structure tied to qualified lead gen, conversions, and brand growth
  • Travel covered for approved trade events
