Our 11-hole Pitch & Putt course offers a fun and relaxed round of golf. With the longest hole measuring 98 yards, it's the perfect course for beginners, families, and anyone looking for a quick, enjoyable round. Our 300-yard driving range features 30 mats, including 9 covered stalls. To the right of the range, you'll find a grass tee area, a chipping green with a bunker, and an 80-yard short game practice hole.

- Job Summary
- Beban Park Golf Course & Driving Range is seeking a full-time Superintendent / Landscaper to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and care of the golf course and driving range grounds. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in course conditions, and is comfortable working independently. We typically operate with one primary worker, with additional seasonal staff brought in for larger projects such as aeration and major maintenance work.
- Responsibilities

- Mowing and maintaining greens, fairways, tees, and rough
- Changing hole locations and setting course markers as required
- Watering greens and fairways, monitoring turf moisture and conditions
- Irrigation system monitoring and minor repairs, including sprinklers and heads
- Sand trap (bunker) maintenance including raking, edging, and leveling
- Weed control (weed-whacking, trimming, and hand pulling)
- Tree, shrub, and bush trimming, debris and leaf removal
- General grounds maintenance throughout the golf course and driving range
- Operation and basic maintenance of all landscaping and course equipment
- Identifying turf health issues, drainage concerns, or safety hazards and reporting them promptly
- Assisting with aeration, top-dressing, and larger maintenance projects with additional staff support
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional appearance of the course at all times
- Qualifications

- Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course maintenance preferred
- Comfortable operating and maintaining mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related equipment
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems and turf care is an asset
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
- Physically capable of outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
- Golf course experience or turf management education is an asset but not required
- Compensation
- CA$26.00 - CA$32.00 per hour
