About Leadbetter Golf Academy Singapore
A joint venture between Laguna National and famed instructor David Leadbetter, the Academy is staffed with a full complement of accredited LGA professionals. Prospective students can receive a dedicated daily curriculum and count on high quality instructional offerings with a focus on purposefully designed, long-term Academy training designed to groom and nurture the next generation of golfers.
Individual private golf lessons are also available at the new Leadbetter Golf Academy, providing world-class golf education to aspiring golfers. At the Members-only short game area, students can look forward to experiencing manicured conditions at the same high standard as our first-class fairways at the Masters and Classic courses, and a dedicated curriculum designed to take your game to the next level.
About Laguna National Golf Resort Club
A prominent club in Asia since its inauguration in 1993, Laguna National is one of Singapore’s premier golf and country clubs and is currently the home of the DP World Tour’s Porsche Singapore Classic and the China LPGA Tour’s Singapore Ladies Masters. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality, structured coaching sessions to players of all levels
- Support academy programs including private lessons, junior development, group classes, and events
- Work closely with our team to maintain high coaching and service standards
- Assist with school and partner programs as needed
- Track student development and contribute to growth initiatives
- Qualifications

Requirements:
- Class “A” status with a recognized PGA organization
- A Bachelor Degree from a recognized University
- A strong passion for coaching and player development
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Previous international coaching experience is a plus
- Compensation
- Annual salary from SGD$70,000 (CAD$75,000) plus performance incentive
