The Canadian Golf Superintendents Association, PGA of Canada, and National Golf Course Owners Association Canada regrettably announce that the launch of the Canadian Golf Industry Show, planned for this November in Vancouver, must be postponed.

The 2020 PGA Championship of Canada has been postponed after careful consideration from the PGA of Canada and lead sponsors TaylorMade Golf Canada and adidas Golf. In addition, the PGA of Canada has decided to pause its player rankings for 2020 given the uncertain impact of COVID-19 on events across the country.

The PGA of Canada is deeply saddened to share that Life Member and past President Thomas (Tom) Mann passed away May 1.

The PGA of Canada, together with title sponsor DCM, has made the difficult decision to cancel the DCM PGA Women’s Championship of Canada amid the COVID-19 public health crisis. The championship was slated for June 8-10 at Oshawa Golf & Curling Club.

Given the ongoing developments of COVID-19, player registration for the RBC PGA Scramble presented by The Lincoln Motor Company has been postponed until May 15.

Province of Manitoba announces Golf to begin May 4th! The Government of Manitoba announced their plan for phase one of a multi-phased approach beginning Monday, May 4, 2020.

The PGA of Canada is saddened to learn of the passing of life member Stanley Morris, who passed away peacefully on April 22, 2020.

The company’s new non-medical grade face masks, which are being donated to multiple local organizations in need, are also available for purchase, with a portion of proceeds supporting PGA of Canada professionals through the association’s member assistance program.
